At Rock n Roll by the Pint, our goal is your satisfaction. All items are hand inspected before shipment and are guaranteed to be free of defects. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used. Please inspect your item(s) BEFORE using to ensure that it is free of defects. We are not able to refund initial shipping charges or return charges incurred by you unless the item is defective or the return is based on an error on our part.
Please send an Email to notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of your order including all photographic evidence of the damage. We prefer Email contact because we then have documentation and record from you regarding the issue. Please DO NOT HANDLE the damaged item(s). Please keep the damaged contents in the original shipping box as we may have you return the item(s) to us. We will either send you a replacement at no charge or refund you in full.
Once again, send us an Email to notify us of the return request within 7-14 days of receipt of your order. We prefer Email so that we may have documentation and record of the issue. Refunds are processed in the same form as original payment used to make your purchase within 1-14 business days upon receipt of the return. We can only refund the initial shipping or return charges incurred by you if the item(s) is defective or the return is a result of an error on our part.
Payment is accepted via PayPal and processed via their secure web site. Sales tax will be applied to California residents.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you may sign up for one at no cost. If you do not wish to use PayPal and you are a resident of the U.S, you may send a cashier's check or money order in U.S. Dollars to our mailing address made payable to the following:

If you are a California resident, you will need to add a sales tax of 8.75% to your sale. Once your purchase price and tax is calculated, your shipping charges will need to be added as shown below in our "shipping" section.
All orders are sent via Priority Mail. Shipping glassware via regular parcel post actually costs MORE and takes longer. Priority Mail is safer and quicker thereby greatly reducing the chance of breakage during transit. Once shipped, your order will arrive in one to three business days. Please allow two to three business days for processing prior to shipping.
The cost of shipping is $10.00 for a single glass.
The cost of shipping is $11.00 for two to three glasses.
The cost of shipping is $15.00 for a 4-pack of glasses.
